Requirements:

This application required punching and removing the slug from the material.

Our Solution:

AZCO designed and manufactured a modular design punch with complex geometry and a vacuum slug clearing system.

The punch assembly has a punch-and-die design using hardened-steel tooling that is clean-cutting and fast-acting.
Unit is pneumatically operated.
Complex geometry allows for a variety of shapes and sizes.
Vacuum slug clearing system removes and transports slug to a remote location. This allows for better waste management and a cleaner overall operation.
Unit requires 40-80 PSI [2.7 – 5.5 bar] air pressure
