Description:

Cantilever design unwind is a reliable solution for unwinding material into a process.
Tubing cutter is ideal for flexible tubing up to 1” in diameter.
The upper belt is pre-loaded for good contact which increases accuracy.
The drive belts allow for a larger contact area, leading to higher accuracy and faster speeds.
The belts are turned by a brushless stepper motor, which provides high accuracy and low maintenance.
PLC controls and a touch screen are provided for easy setup and operation of the unit. Simply enter the length and number of pieces.
The unit requires 110VAC, and 40 to 60psi of regulated air pressure.
The unwind and the tubing cutter are mounted on an aluminum baseplate. This offers the advantage of correct alignment of all components.
